Spicy Seasoning

CL Comments: Keep this Cajun mix on hand as a low-salt flavoring for most any food. This recipe goes with Blackened Chicken Salad.


2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon ground red pepper
1 tablespoon black pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients; store in an airtight container.
