Snow Peas and Cherry Tomatoes

Amy's Comments: Looking for something easy and Asian-ish to go with the Wasabi-Miso Marinated Flank Steak so I found this. SUPER easy to make and tasty! For 1 point, you can't go wrong!


1 1/2 cups snow peas, trimmed
3 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon butter or stick margarine
1/4 teaspoon sugar
12 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large nonstick skillet. Cook over medium-high heat 2 minutes or until liquid almost evaporates. Add the tomatoes, and cook for 2 minutes or until tomatoes are thoroughly heated. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.
