Pink Flamingo (Cocktail)

Amy's Comments: We made this drink for "Cuban Night" for our cooking club and it was a huge hit!! If you have a huge crowd and want to use a regular bottle of champagne (750ml), use 2 cups guava nectar, the bottle of champagne, and the juice of 1 lime. Stir in a pitcher and serve. Delish! INGREDIENTS:

4 ounces guava nectar
Split (7 ounces) dry champagne
splash of fresh lime juice
Ice cubes
Thin slices of lime for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine the nectar, champagne, and lime juice. Pour into two tall glasses over ice and garnish with the lime slices.
