Maple Mustard Green Beans

INGREDIENTS:

2 lbs green beans trimmed
2 Tbsp coarse grain mustard Dijon
3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp. maple syrup (we are not talking Aunt Jemima)
2 tsp olive oil
2 Tbsp chopped green onions
salt & pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Steam green beans until crisp and pour into bowl. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over beans and toss.
