Jill's Favorite Marinade for Grilling

Yield: 4 servings


1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. sesame oil
4 tsp. honey
1 1/2 tsp. grated or minced ginger root
2 cloves minced garlic


  1. Mix all ingredients and microwave for 1 min.
  2. Soak chicken, fish, or beef (yes, I've used this for all three) for 1/2 to 3 hours.
