Gorgonzola Cheese Grits

2 (14-1/4-ounce) cans fat-free chicken broth
3/4 cup uncooked quick-cooking grits
1 cup (4 ounces) crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
1/3 cup fat-free sour cream
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper


  1. Bring broth to a boil in a medium saucepan; gradually add grits, stirring constantly.
  2. Reduce heat to low; simmer, covered, 5 minutes or until thick, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.
