Deviled Chicken Breasts

2 TBS Italian style bread crumbs
4 (4 oz) chicken breast, boneless and skinless
1 TBS olive oil
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 tsp ground savory
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 oz whole mushrooms, jar or can
1 TBS fresh lemon juice
1 TBS honey mustard


  1. Place crumbs in a zip lock bag, add chicken, seal and shake till well covered.
  2. Add oil to nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook 3 minutes on each side or until browned.
  4. Add wine and next 4 ingredients; cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
  5. Remove chicken and mushrooms to serving dish.
  6. Add juice and honey mustard to skillet, stir until heated, about 1 minute. Pour over chicken and serve.
