Cucumber-Dill Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup diced seeded peeled cucumber
1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh or 1/8 teaspoon dried dill
1 small garlic clove, minced

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and stir well.
