Cranberry Apple Bake

Amy's Comments: This one is insanely good - put a scoop of vanilla yogurt ontop and you are set!

INGREDIENTS:

3 cups cranberries
4.5 cups chopped apples
2 cups sugar
1.5 sticks butter
2 1/4 cups oatmeal
3 tbsp flour
3/4 cup brown sugar

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a 13x9 baking dish with Pam.
  3. Combine cranberries, apples, and sugar and place in the baking dish.
  4. Combine oatmeal, flour, and brown sugar.
  5. Melt butter and add to the oatmeal mix.
  6. Top fruit with oatmeal mix and bake for 45 minutes, or until bubbly.
