Buttermilk Pancakes

Yield: about 8 pancakes

Amy's Comments: These are fantastic pankcakes and quick to throw together! You will never want bisquick again!!!


1 C all purpose flour
2 T sugar
1 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/4 t salt
1 C low fat buttermilk
1 T vegetable oil
1 large egg, lightly beaten


  1. Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife. Combine flour and next 4 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
  2. Combine buttermilk, oil and egg; add to flour mixture, stirring until smooth.
  3. Spoon about 1/4 C batter for each pancake.
